Yep you're right, I had a bad file list rule that was grabbing the whole
line and not just stopping at the .doc bit, because I had allowed .\d in
the list (which matches the latter part) so it was renaming the doc
files (or something). Not really sure why it wasn't affecting the pdfs,
possibly because they were already matched earlier in the same rule were
as docs usually have to wait for a later rule to be matched?? Anyway,
the problem didn't occur when I tested it with the default config, so
I've made some adjustments to my rule that was similar to the default so
that it is the same as the default to it should be fine now.
